In 2020, visual artist Geert Nys discovered an unknown butterfly species in d'Hellicht, on the border of Rotselaar and Werchter. He calls her 'ABSUMO': ABSolutely Unique MOment. In the hotbed of Geert Nys' creative mind, the absumos emerge and flutter around like nervous butterflies. e lets them come down and rest. He glues them. They fulfill their 'amazing' assignment: something that was forgotten illuminates intensely and comes to life again. . In and outside MUZE’UM L, 110 golden absumos fly around like unsightly beacons.
